About the Author

David E. Sadava, The Claremont Colleges, ClaremontProfessor in the Joint Science Center, The Claremont Colleges. He is an honors graduate of Carleton University in Canada, and he received a Ph.D. in biology from the University of California, San Diego. He teaches and does research in cell biology, molecular biology, and biochemistry. Professor Sadava is the author of Cell Biology: Organelle Structure and Function.
